My name is Audrey Pudder and I am a real estate broker, owner and investor in Austin, Texas specializing in residential real estate.

I fully recognize the more knowledge I have, the more power my clients have. I also believe the requirements for obtaining a real estate license are insufficient. Buyers and sellers deserve more knowledge and expertise from the person who is facilitating their largest investment. I have over 1000 hours of real estate education and commit hours a day to researching the market, buyer trends, the best marketing tools and negotiation strategies. I also love this town and devour everything I can about the Austin market - from the latest in green building and the best schools to the yummiest taco trailer and really good plumbers.

I know the internet is where 89% of buyers are shopping for a home; therefore I pay a premium to ensure my clients' listings are ranked near the top of the Nation's #1 and #2 Real Estate web sites. This is in addition to over 25 other web sites.

I know the longer it takes to sell a home the less money my client will probably make; therefore I painstakingly research the market to price their home correctly the first time.

I know that first impressions are everything; therefore I don’t do myself what a professional can do better. I use professional photographers for all my listing photos and virtual tours. My clients’ fliers are not homemade and printed on paper, rather they are beautiful showcase pieces on glossy card stock printed by a commercial printer.  

I know my clients want results and feedback; therefore I provide weekly web traffic statistics and virtual tour hits as well as Realtor feedback from all showings including the Area Realtor Tour.

I know my clients want a professional to market their largest investment. I have a BBA in Marketing and over 22 years experience marketing top brands such as Southwest Airlines, Nissan and AT&T. I am also a broker, company owner and real estate investor.
